Delivery & Shipping 

Order by 3 pm for Delivery in 1 – 3 Working Days, excluding orders for large or bulky goods. Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after 3 pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday excluding Public Holidays. This is only a guideline and is not a guarantee. Ultrababy is unable to take responsibility for any delivery delays which are outside of their control.

Shipping is FREE on orders over €100. €4.99 on orders between €10 and €99.99 and €6.99 for all orders under €10. This excludes orders for large, bulky goods.

We will make every effort to deliver all your items together and at the same time, however, in some cases, your order may arrive in separate consignments.

Returns & Exchanges 

As per the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, if you wish to return goods you have purchased online from ourselves from our website, you can notify us via our Contact Us section. Please note the goods must not have any data input on them, they must be in their original packaging, they must not be used.

Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. We must be informed of your decision to cancel and return your order with us within 14 days from the day after delivery of the goods. The goods must be in “as new” condition and returned with their original and undamaged packaging to ourselves. Once the goods have been received back to us we will carry out an assessment and will then advise on the return.
